Non-disclosure Agreements

Because it is not always commercially possible to file your patent application before you need to disclose your invention, for example to a customer, backer or supplier, we also provide Non-Disclosure Agreements (also called Confidentiality Agreements).

Completing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) allows you to disclose your invention in a confidential manner, and stops your pre-filing disclosure from destroying the novelty of your invention. You should ask everyone that you are going to disclose your invention to ahead of filing your patent application to sign an NDA; the NDA must be signed before your discussions start.
