Shell Step is looking for SMEs to take part in the programme’s 20th year. So if you’ve got a project that needs to be done the Shell Step programme can find you a graduate or undergraduate student to do it. The programme works by SMEs identifying potential projects within their businesses and Shell Step identifying a student with a matching skill set to carry out the project. The projects should generally run for 8 weeks (in July/August) and can cover any subject, from constructing web sites and IT systems, to analysis of production methods and developing new products.
