| Due to our continued growth we are delighted to announce that Dr Mark Thurston joined us in our Leamington Spa office on 1st May 2008. Mark is a UK Chartered Patent Attorney and holds a degree in Physics and Astrophysics and a PhD in Observational and Theoretical Astrophysics, from Birmingham University. Mark joined the patent profession in 2002, with a large private practice firm of patent attorneys, prior to which he spent several years working as a software engineer in industry and the City of London. Mark’s areas of technical expertise include: electronics; computing and software; mass data storage; data encryptography; networking and telecommunications; electrical power distribution; semiconductor lighting; radar systems; automotive engines and systems; mechanical devices; and healthcare and medical devices.
